Carolina Bonina Cariano is a Legal Manager of PwC Portugal in the Labour Law practice area.

Her legal practice focuses mainly on the areas of Labour Law and Labour Litigation, advising national and international clients across various sectors of economic activity.

She has experience in all stages of the employment relationship, from the pre-contractual phase, during its term, and up to its termination. This includes negotiating and drafting a wide range of labour documents, such as contracts and internal policies. She also advises her clients during disciplinary processes, restructuring processes, business transfers, layoffs, legal-labour audits, and the implementation of cost-efficiency mechanisms.

She also has experience in offering training on various labour topics and immigration matters.
