In this first phase, the Human Resources team will analyze your resume and see if your academic background is in line with the area for which you applied.
The Human Resources team will contact you to conduct a brief interview and inform you of the next steps in the recruitment process.
In this phase you will carry out psychotechnical tests that assess your technical and analytical skills.
On this day you will have the opportunity to get to know the area you applied for better, as well as its teams. In addition, you will participate in a group dynamic and an individual interview with a manager.
This is the last phase of your recruitment process. You will be invited to participate in an interview with the Partner in the area, in which your main motivations and interests for joining the team will be addressed.
