Fernando Lança Martins has extensive experience on tax litigation matters, focusing his activities on representing clients in tax and customs inspections, in disputes before the Tax Administration, the Portuguese courts, and the Court of Justice of the European Union, concerning all types of direct and indirect taxes, regulatory fees, and issues of international and European Union Tax Law.
Before joining PwC's Legal services, he was a Senior Associate at Cuatrecasas, in the Tax Department, where he worked between 2007 and 2024.
Lectured in the field of Tax Law in postgraduate programs in Associative Management at Universidade Lusófona.
He has published several articles and collaborated in national and international publications on tax matters.
