Luísa Mascarenhas Saraiva is a Legal Trainee at PwC Portugal in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice area.
Her legal practice focuses mainly on Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), being involved in acquisition and sale of companies, company reorganizations, mergers and demergers and recurring advice to corporations in several market sectors.
She also provides ongoing legal advice to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Professional Background
Before joining PwC Legal, she was part of Garrigues’ Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) department as a Scholar from September 2025 to May 2026. She also was a part of the Labour Law department at Garrigues, as a Scholar in February 2025 and as a Curricular Intern between October and December 2024, achieving a final grade of 18 out of 20.
In 2023, she completed a Summer Internship in the Labour Law department at VdA.
