Maria Cabral Azevedo is a Legal Senior Manager of PwC Portugal in the Real Estate practice area.
She has broad experience in real estate, focusing her activity in providing legal advice to real estate investors and developers, both domestic and international, including real estate investment funds, in all stages of real estate projects in areas such as tourism, energy, bank, offices, industries, logistics and residential.
Maria advised on several real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale and lease of real estate properties, sale and leaseback, planning, licensing and management of touristic projects and shopping centers, drafting and negotiation of construction works and project management agreements.
