Rodrigo Costa Pinto is a Legal Trainee of PwC Portugal in the Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution practice area.
He develops his activity at the Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution Law department. His legal practice focuses mainly on Tax Litigation, monitoring tax disputes in the administrative, judicial and arbitration phases.
Among others matters, he also monitors tax inspection procedures and administrative tax appeals, as well as enforcement proceedings and judicial tax challenges, requests for arbitral rulings, and administrative actions in tax matters.

Professional Background
Before joining PwC Legal, he completed a summer internship in the Corporate practice at Garrigues in 2024, followed by a summer internship in the Administrative Litigation practice at MG&A in 2025.
In 2026, he returned to Garrigues, where he joined the Tax Litigation team as an extracurricular intern.
