He brings over ten years of experience across M&A, Banking & Finance, and Capital Markets, advising private equity clients, financial institutions, and multinational corporations on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with extensive experience leading negotiations in high-value transactions.
He has a proven track record leading high-value acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, joint ventures, and acquisition finance deals across multiple jurisdictions.
His Banking & Finance expertise involves advising financial institutions and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border acquisition finance, project finance and corporate finance transactions, including leading multi-jurisdictional teams in complex financing deals.

Professional background
Before joining PwC, he was a Senior Lawyer at PLEN (2020-2026), where he developed his expertise in complex transactional work. Prior to that, he was an Associate Lawyer (2017-2020) and began his career as a Trainee Lawyer (2015-2017) at HAAG, in Lisbon).
