How did PwC help?

What was the problem?

This organization asked PwC to improve its main Operating System (Salesforce solution) to:

  • Solve problems and integrate improvements identified in the funding application cycle.
  • Improve efficiency by digitizing existing processes.
  • Improve the integrity of data and controls.

What did we do?

Our Customer Transformation team developed a comprehensive solution that brings together different operational units of this organisation through an agile project management approach. This implied:

  • Simplify the existing concession management process by minimizing manual entries and automatic checking of the data entered.
  • Integration of new approaches to meet the requirements of the new funding cycle.
  • Digitisation of request management above the allocated amount.
  • Revision of the X-Author template models for performance and budget management.
  • Integration of multi-country processes.
  • Revision and improvement of the system document and UX/UI management features.

 

How we did it?

Development of a fully functional system with revised models, following the requirements of the new funding cycle, as well as improved ease of management of over 300 funding applications.
