Maurício Brito

My professional career spans over 25 years and has always been in the same area (Finance & Accounting). I joined PwC in October 2013, more specifically the Tax Reporting & Strategy (“TRS”) team – currently, “Finance, Human Resources & Tax Compliance Managed Services” –, where I remain to this day. 

I am currently responsible for this area in the offices in Angola and Mozambique offices, and also hold leadership roles in the Lisbon office for clients in the Consumer Markets & Retail, Construction & Engineering, Transportation & Logistics and Energy & Resources industries. 

The role of this area, through the total or partial outsourcing of administrative and financial functions, is to provide an integrated vision and a global approach to local compliance services, namely in the areas of accounting, tax obligations, payroll processing, among others.

With over 25 years of accumulated experience, I could not be more motivated and aligned with PwC’s values and global strategy. Bringing together the best talent and the most innovative technologies to help organizations build trust and produce sustainable results is an important contribution to global sustainability and to our future generations. 

I feel like a happy and fulfilled professional here. Acting with integrity, humility, fairness and common sense are key factors in everything we do, but finding our personal and professional balance is the most important thing to be successful.
